But instead of dumping features or rattling off a script, CSA teaches the Benefit-Solution format: start with what’s in it for them (WIIFT), then connect that benefit to a supporting feature. When the recommendation is personalized and relevant, the buyer sees the value immediately and feels seen and understood.
- Handle Concerns – Use Feel, Felt, Found. Concerns and objections aren’t problems—they’re opportunities. CSA trains sellers to proactively invite concerns and respond with empathy using the Feel, Felt, Found method. By normalizing the concern and offering insight and proof, sellers reduce buyer anxiety and build the emotional confidence needed to move forward.
- Two-Option Close – Empowered Decisions. The close isn’t a finish line—it’s a collaborative conclusion. In CSA, sellers offer the buyer two personalized options, both aligned to the buyer’s stated needs. This Two-Option Close shifts the conversation from “yes or no” to “which path is better for you?”—creating a sense of control, empowerment, and alignment.
